Low Fat Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
8 hard-boiled eggs
1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons fat free salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sweet or dill pickle relish, well-drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Method
Peel eggs, split lengthwise and remove yolks into a small bowl.
Refrigerate whites until ready to use.
Combine cream cheese, salad dressing, mustard, pickle relish and salt in mixing bowl; beat until smooth and light.
Mash egg yolks with a fork until fine and add to cream cheese mixture.
Fill whites and dust with paprika.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
