Baked Custard with Splenda
Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten well
1/2 cup Splenda
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Mix all the ingredients together
Pour into 4 -- 8 oz. ramekins and sprinkle tops with nutmeg.
Put ramekins in a shallow water filled baking dish and bake 325 degrees for 45-50 mins.
