Protein packed beans on toast
This is a cheap and easy snack/meal, packed with protein.
Ingredients (per person)

Small tin baked beans
Egg
Grated cheese
Two slices bread
Method
Heat baked beans and toast some bread.
Fry or poach the egg.
Butter the toast.
Put beans on top.
Add egg on top of beans.
Sprinkle with cheese.
