Quick tofu stir-fry
This is a really fast and tasty stir-fry, perfect when you want a healthy supper in no time.
Ingredients (per serving)
2 tbsp seasme oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1 pk stir fry veggies
300g marinated tofu pieces
4 tbsps black bean sauce
2 tbsps soy sauce
Method
Heat the oil in a wok or a large frying pan on a moderate to high heat.
Add garlic and stir-fry for one minute.
Add veg and stir-fry for four to five minutes.
Stir in tofu amd sauces, miix well and continue cooking for a further two minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
