Peanut Sauce
This tasty sauce is an excellent way to add protein to your meal.
Makes approx. two cups.

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter ( smooth or crunchy as preferred)
1 Cup of water
2 tablespoons of lime juice
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
2 tablespoons coconut milk
Method:
Mix the peanut butter with the water and add the rest of the ingredients to form the sauce.
Tip:
Try sauce on rice noodles or on spring rolls and serve heated ot cold.
