Banana Pineapple Sorbet
Sorbets are a great alternative to fattening ice-creams on a hot day and are quick and easy to make. This one is totally tropical in flavour.
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
3 fl oz pineapple juice
3 fl oz frozen pineapple juice
2 tbsps shredded coconut
Method
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and purée until smooth.
Serve immediately in chilled glass dishes.
As a grown up addition to this sorbet, you could add a dash of Malibu for extra zing!
