Walnut dip
Ingredients
12 oz Lancashire cheese grated
1/4 pint single cream
3 tbsp milk
4 spring onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
4oz walnuts, finely chopped
Method
Place, the cheese and cream into a food processor and mix well.
Add the milk and onions and season to taste.
Mix in the walnuts and spoon into a dish.
Chill for one hour before serving.
Serve with biscuits, crackers, toast, celery or crisp apples.
