Cheesy Fruit Pockets
These make a great lunch for a child and they're so easy to make that you might just have found one chore less to do on school mornings!
Ingredients
3 kiwis; peeled and diced
3/4 cup strawberries; sliced
1/4 cup pineapple; diced (if canned, dry thoroughly)
1/2 cup cottage cheese; low fat
4 Tbsp. cheddar cheese; shredded & low fat
1 Tbsp. fresh chives; diced
6 whole wheat pita pockets

Method
Combine fruit in a bowl.
Mix in cottage cheese and cheddar cheese.
Fill pockets.
