Welcome to All Info About Vegetarianism. I'm Sue Williams and I've been a veggie for 18 years! My aim is to create a resource for both committed veggies and those who simply like good meat-free food. A vegetarian diet is universally accepted as a healthier diet than one containing red meat and best of all it's generally cheaper.
